Our Community
Our community consists of 64 apartments, 30 single family homes and 64 townhomes. We have one park nestled between the community with a pavilion, yard, and Mammoth play structure.
Poncha Springs, Colorado, known as the "Crossroads of the Rockies," is a rapidly growing statutory town in Chaffee County located at the junction of U.S. Highways 50 and 285. Positioned at an elevation of 7,464 feet, it serves as a central hub for outdoor recreation, situated just five minutes from Salida and 20 minutes from the Monarch Mountain ski area.
As of 2026, the population is estimated at 1,568, representing a significant 67% increase since the 2020 census (937 residents).
The town is led by Mayor Ben Scanga and a Board of Trustees. Administrative offices are located at the Poncha Springs Town Hall at 333 Burnett Avenue.
