Dues Breakdown:

• Commercial Lots: $400 per lot

• Single-Family Homes: $225

• Townhomes: $175​

Important Dates:

• January 31 – Dues due

• April 1 – Enforcement process begins on all unpaid accounts including a $100 fine in addition to the HOA dues

• May 1 – Property liens will be filed with the Chaffee County Clerk's Office for any remaining unpaid dues
